Welcome to our very first blog post! Since you’ve already read our “About Us” section, you know that our spoiled dogs are the true masterminds behind Bad to the Bone Pets. Today, we want to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the furry royalty who run the show.

Zoey: The Ultimate Alpha Female

First up is Zoey, our 12-year-old Chihuahua mix. Don’t let her small size fool you—this girl has a big attitude and runs the household with an iron paw. Zoey is the ultimate alpha female, keeping her two brother dogs in line. Her confidence makes you wonder if she believes she is a big dog.

Zoey’s favorite place? Perched on her throne, which just so happens to be our lap. Yes, she demands to be carried around like the queen she is. When she’s not ruling the roost, she’s busy giving us her signature “I’m not impressed” look, which usually means it’s time for treats.

Zack: The Sweet and Shy Cuddlebug

Then there’s Zack, our other 12-year-old terrier mix. Zack is the epitome of a sweet boy. He’s our gentle soul who needs to be close to cuddle at all times. Timid and shy, Zack often hides behind the couch during thunderstorms or when someone dares to knock on the door.

But don’t be fooled—Zack has his moments of trying to be the boss. These bursts of energy are quickly shut down by Zoey, of course. Still, his cuddly nature and loving eyes make him the heart of our little pack.

Teddy: The Comical Stubborn Bulldog

Last but certainly not least is Teddy, our 5-year-old Olde English Bulldog. Teddy is a character, to say the least. He’s the funniest and silliest boy, always up to some mischief or other. His antics are a daily source of laughter, from trying to fit into places way too small for his chunky frame to believing he’s a small dog like his siblings and attempting to climb onto our laps.

But don’t let his playful demeanor fool you—Teddy is as stubborn as they come. If he’s not getting enough attention, you’ll know it. His look of disappointment is enough to make any parent feel like they’ve let him down. Of course, this is usually resolved with a treat or a new toy, and all is forgiven.

The Common Ground: Treats, Toys, Cozy Comfort, and Unbreakable Bonds

Despite their different personalities, Zoey, Zack, and Teddy share a few common loves: treats, toys, and cozy blankets or beds. Our home is practically a pet paradise, filled with squeaky toys, plush beds, and an endless supply of gourmet snacks. After all, keeping our demanding trio happy is a full-time job.

But beyond their love for these spoiled comforts, these three are the true meaning of a pack. They love each other fiercely and hate to be without one another. Whether they’re snuggled up together on the couch or playing tug-of-war with a favorite toy, their bond is unbreakable.
